Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description. In this case, Sofaluxi will cover all return shipping costs, at no additional cost to the customer.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or made-to-measure orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, to cancel or return your order. As stated previously, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
